The deadlines are 30 calendar days after receipt of the product, for exchanges and 7 calendar days after receipt of the product, for returns .

To request an exchange or return, simply send us an email to atendimento@scarfme.com.br with the information below:

- Order number;

- Specify which item you want to exchange or return;

- Reason for exchange or return (Your opinion is very important so that we can always improve);

We will respond to your email within 2 business days, sending you the postage code for return at any Post Office branch.

*Requests must be formalized by email, regardless of whether the purchase is made via WhatsApp or the Website.

* Surprise items can only be exchanged on the website and will not be accepted in our physical stores.

Shipping for the first exchange is free and can only be done once.

Attention: you can only request a refund of the amount paid if you have not previously exchanged a product.

The postage code is valid for 15 calendar days. After this period, exchanges or returns of the product will not be accepted.

Exchanged items undergo careful analysis and must be returned intact, with no signs of wear, washing, stains, or dirt. If there is any alteration to the item, it will be returned to the customer, and the exchange or return will not be accepted.

If everything is okay with the product, we will send the requested part or refund the purchase amount in case of return.

Wait for the order to return to our headquarters, according to the tracking information provided by the Post Office. Once the item returns to the office, it will be posted within 5 business days, and you will then receive the new tracking information via email.

 

Attention:

- Our inventory varies widely, and we can't guarantee that the desired item will be available for exchange. In such cases, we'll provide a voucher for the same amount, which the customer can use toward another purchase on our website or wait for the item to be restocked.

- In cases where the customer requests a refund (after receiving the product) or cancels the order (before shipping), we issue a refund within 7 business days using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If a discount coupon was used at the time of purchase, this amount will be deducted, and the refund will only be for the net amount actually paid for the order. The refund timeframe does not change depending on the payment method, only the location of the refund. If the payment was made via PIX, the refund will be credited to the account from which it was made. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the credit card statement.

- If you make a partial return of the order, keeping any part, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

- If you received gifts with your purchase and request a refund, the gifts must also be returned, otherwise the sales value of the gift items will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Defective Parts

If you have purchased an item and, after use/washing, it has developed a defect, the deadline to exchange this item is 90 calendar days from the date of purchase on the website.
