- How can I track my order?

Scarf Me sends 2 emails after making the purchase. The first confirmation when payment is approved, and the second when your order is shipped.

- How to use my discount coupon?

Before finalizing your purchase, on the checkout page you will have the field to add the code.

- Do you have gift packaging?

All Scarf Me wipes are shipped in a special box.

-What are the paying ways?

Credit card with installments of up to 6 installments or bank transfer.

-I forgot my password, what now?

Click login at the top right of the home and go to I forgot my password . You will receive a change email.

- Product came with a defect, how to proceed?

Take a photo of the defect and send it to the email karina.cordeiro@scarfme.com.br

- Can I exchange an order purchased on the website in a physical store?

You can, as long as it is not an Outlet product and that it is in perfect condition, with the label and invoice.
