Scarf Me sends two emails after you make a purchase. The first is a confirmation email when payment is approved, and the second is when your order is shipped.

Before finalizing your purchase, on the checkout page there will be a field to add the code.

All Scarf Me scarves are sent in a special box.

Yes, as long as it is not an Outlet product and is in perfect condition, with tags and invoice.

The opening hours by email or telephone are Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a response time of up to 24 business hours.
- What are the rules for the points and Cashback program?
- 1 point for every 1.00 spent (Example: on a purchase of R$100.00 you will earn 100 points or R$4.00 cashback (4%);
- Minimum purchase amount to use cashback: R$ 128.00;
- Points are credited after payment is completed and will be void if the order is canceled, refunded or partially refunded.
