Scarf Me sends two emails after a purchase. The first is a confirmation email once payment is approved, and the second is when your order is shipped.

All Scarf Me scarves are sent in a special box.

Yes, provided it is not an Outlet product and is in perfect condition, with tags and the invoice.

Service hours by email or phone are Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a response time of up to 24 business hours.
- What are the rules for the points program and Cashback?
- 1 point for every R$1.00 spent (Example: for a purchase of R$100.00, you will earn 100 points or R$4.00 in cashback (4%);
- Minimum purchase amount for cashback use: R$128.00;
- Points are credited after payment is completed and will be voided if the order is canceled, refunded, or partially refunded.
BIRTHDAY CASHBACK:
- 1250 points on your birthday (R$50.00)

- 500 points per referral (R$20.00) and the friend gets a 10% discount
