Toymanifesto
Juliana Helcer is a Brazilian multimedia artist who works as a photographer, designer and painter. Among her work, Juliana has developed a series of paintings called TOYMANIFESTO, dreamlike characters inspired by conversations with indigenous peoples and cultural symbols.
Part of all the works are converted into "Manifestos", one of which was carried out in 2018, which brought access to drinking water to the residents of the Fulni-ô village.
Combining artistic expression, social and environmental involvement, the Toy Arts activists aim to raise awareness, representing the intrinsic relationship between indigenous culture, nature and sustainability.
